I'm passionate and consider it a privilege to walk alongside others to help navigate seasons of  distress, trauma, uncertainty and difficulty.

I enjoy creating a safe, non-judgmental space with a warm, down to earth and practical approach.

Person Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are the models I'm trained in; however, I've undertaken many other trainings since qualifying to confidently provide tools and interventions of care/support to individuals, couples and young people (rangatahi).

I am a full member of NZAC with a current APC (Annual Practicing Certificate).

My husband and I live in the Maniatoto, farming on a small scale - pigs, alpacas and bees.  

I am Mum, wife, sister and aunty (among others). 

I offer in-person sessions in beautiful Alexandra and Ranfurly (on request) and phone or video appointments.
